Black Dawn has been performing live music of the metal / heavy rock genre in the Long Island / New York City area since 1996. Black Dawn has consisted of the same four members for all sixteen years of live performances: Matt Kotten (Lead Guitar / Vocals), Tom Kelly (Rhythm Guitar), James Lane (Bass Guitar), Enzo DiPaolo (Drums). Musical influences include Alice In Chains, Black Sabbath, + Down.
